approving and accepting a good for
public street purposes.

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT DO ORDAIN as follows:

Section 1. That a certain deed of FEDERAL WAY SCHOOL DISTRICT
4
No. 210 (KING COUNTY), made and executed on the 21st day of
5
January, 1963, conveying certain land therein described for
6
public street purposes, be and it is hereby approved and accepted
7
for street purposes.

Section 2. That the land in said deed described, in King
9
County, Washington, to -wit:

That portion of the southeast 1/4 of the northeast 1/4 of
1
the southwest 1/4, all in Section 2"T, Township 22 North, Range
4 East W.M., King County,Washington, described as follows:

Beginning at the Southwest corner of the above described tract:
thence north 0058'18" east along the west line thereof a distance
89,0

of 655.28 feet to the northwest corner thereof; thence south
15'57" east along the north line thereof a distance of 60.47 ft.

to an intersection with the are of a curve, the centroid of
61053'30" east a distance of 276.796 feet;
15
said curve bearing south
thence southerly along the arc of a curve to the left, said
curve having a radius of 276.798 feet, through a central angle
16
of 27008'12" a distance of 131.10 feet to a point of tangency;
thence south 0058'1811 west parallel to the west line of the above
17
described subdivision a distance of 529.12 feet to the south
line of said subdivision; thence north 89017'35" west along
18
the south line of said subdivision a distance of 30.00 feet to
the point of beginning,

shall be and it is hereby added to and becomes a part of 40th
20
Avenue South, in the City of Kent.

Section 3. That upon the passage, approval and publication
22
in due and regular form of this ordinance, the City Clerk is hereby
23
directed to cause the Ordinance to be recorded, together with said;
24
deed, in the Office of the County Auditor of King County,
25
and pay the recording fee therefor.

Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
27
five (5) days from and after its passage, approval and publication,
