WHEREAS, upon study and recommendation of the Planning Commission of the City of Kent, as provided in Section 10.1b.01 of Ordinance No. 10`jl of the City of Kent, after application there- for by property owners, the rezoning of certain property within the City of Kent was proposed; and '.1 WHEREAS, in compliance with said Section 10.16.01 of said Ordinance No. 1071, public hearing was had upon said proposed rezone on the 7th day of January, 1963, after proper public notice of said hearing; and WHEREAS, the City Council as required by the laws of the State of Washington and by Ordinance No. 10'(1 of the City of Kent, has considered the proposed change in zone in relations-, to the Com- prehensive Plan of the City heretofore adopted by Resolution No. 431 of said City; now, therefore, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT do ordain as follows: Section 1. That the following described property in the C:Uty of Kent, County of King, State of Washington, to -wit: Beginning at the NEcorner of the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4,Sec.15,T2� N,RSE,and run thence West along the North line of said SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4, 430 ft.; thence S40021'W 203.85 ft.; thence South 95 ft. i more or less to the center of an old logging road; thence S750001W along said centerline 108 ft. more or less to the West line of the, E 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4; thence South along said West line of the E 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 and the West line of the E 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4, 1960 ft. more or less to th North right of way line of SSH 5-A; thence Easterly and Southerly along the North line of SSH 5-A to its intersection with the West line of the E.Cooper D. C. No. 38, said West line D.C.being 78 ft. East of North-South centerline of Sec -15; thence North along said West line D.C. 440 ft.; thence East 400 ft.; thence South 220 ft.; thence S 360001W, 440 ft. to the Northeasterly R -V -W line of SSH 5-A; thence Southeasterly along said Northeasterly line to its intersection with a line 408 ft. North of and parallel to the South line of E. Cooper D. C. No. 38; thence S88022'12"E along said parallel line 1200 ft. more or less to the West line of Frager Road; thence in a Northerly direction along said west line of Frager Road to the North line of the South 1/2 of the NE 1/4 said Sec -15; thence West to the point of beginning. Section 2. That the City Engineer of the City of Kent be and 4 i he is hereby authorized and directed to indicate upon the Zoning i Map of the City of Kent the change of zoning of said property, as� provided for in Section i. hereof. Section 3. That the City Clerk of the City of Kent be and he is hereby authorized and directed to record this ordinance with th County Auditor of King County. , Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force j five (5) days after its passage, approval and publicationaas by law provided.
