An Ordinance of the City of Kent approving
and accepting dedication for public street
purposes
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT DO ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1. That a certain Dedication dated the 9th day of Jan-
ry, 1963, dedicating to the City of Kent and to the public
r public street and highway purposes, and for no other purpose,
rtain land therein described, made by Edmond Reitan and
e Reitan, his wife, be and it is hereby approved and accepted.
Section 2. That the land in said dedication described, in
,ing County, Washington, to -wit:
The South 30 feet of the West 253. 96 feet of the southwest
quarter of the southeast quarter, Section 19, Township 22 north,
Range 5 east, W.M., Less roads of record,
e and it is hereby added to and becomes a part of Walnut Street
n the City of Kent.
Section 3. That upon the passage, approval and publication
n due and regular form of this ordinance, the City Clerk is
ereby directed to cause the ordinance to be recorded, together
ith said dedication, in the Office of the County Auditor of
ing County, and pay the recording fee therefor.
Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
