An Ordinance of the City of Kent approving
and accepting dedication for public street
purposes.
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT DO ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1. That a certain Dedication dated the 28th day of
ovember, 1962, dedicating to the City of Kent and to the public
or public street and highway purposes, and for no other purpose,

made by Mona Waller,
harlie Waller, and Kent Development Co., Inc., be and it is hereby
pproved and accepted.
Section 2. That the land in said dedication described, in
County, Washington, to -wit:
That portion of the south 20 feet of the northeast quarter oftk
northwest quarter and of the north 40 ft, of the southeast quaz
of the northwest quarter, Sec. 18, Twp. 22 North, Range 5 East,
W.M. lying westerly of a line parallel to the west line of
said Section 18 at a distance of 1846.89 ft. easterly of the
west line of said Section 18 (as measured along the east and
west center line of the northwest quarter of said Section 18);
Less the west 30 feet thereof for frontage service road,
and it is hereby added to and becomes a part of the street
stem of the City of Kent.
Section 3. That upon the passage, approval and publication
due and regular form of this ordinance, the City Clerk is
reby directed to cause the ordinance to be recorded, together

recording
fee
therefor.

Section 4.

ordinance shall take effect and be in

days from and after its passage, approval and
