WHEREAS, upon study and recommendation of the Planning Commis -

cion of the City of Kent, as provided in Section 10.16.01 of

Ordinance No. 1071 of the City of Kent, after application there -

for by property owners, the rezoning of certain property within

the City of Kent was proposed; and

WHEREAS, in compliance with said Section 10.16.01 of said
9
Ordinance No. 1071, public hearing was had upon said proposed
10
rezone on the 3rd day of December, 1962, after proper public
11
notice of said hearing;. and
12
WHEREAS, the City -Council as,required by the laws of the State
13
of Washington and by Ordinance No. 1071 of the City of Kent, has
14
considered the proposed change in zone in relation to the Com -
15
rehensive Plan of the City heretofore adopted by Resolution No.
16
31 of said Qty; now, therefore,

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT do ordain as follows:

Section 1. That the following described property in the City
