An Ordinance of the City of Kent amending
Section 32 of Article VI, of Ordinance No.
848 of said -City, relating to motor vehicles
traffic, travel and transportati their
incidents upon the public street , 04is and
other ways open to the public.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT as follows:!
Section 1. That Section 32 of Article VI of Ordinance No. 848
of the City of Kent, entitled "An Ordinance of the City of Kent
relating to and regulating motor vehicles, traffic, travel and
transportation and their incidents upon the public streets, bicycl
paths and other ways open to the public; I.Prescribing the powers aid
duties of officers and others in relation thereto; defining offens s;
providing penalties, and repealing Section 15 of Ordinance No.
683, and Ordinances Nos. 216, 493, 512, 570, 589, 592 and 750, a
all amendments thereto, and all other ordinances and sections of o
ordinances insofar as they are in conflict therewith", passed
April 21, 1952, and approved April 22, 1952, be and it is hereby
amended by follows, to -wit:
"Section 32. One way streets and alleys.. Upon those streets
and parts of s ree s, an n ose�leys hereinafter in
this section described, vehicular traffic shall move only
in the indicated direction when signs indicating the direction
of traffic are erected and maintained at every intersection
where movement in the opposite direction is prohibited, and
a vehicle passing around the rotary traffic island shall be
driven only to the right of such island.
