ORDINANCE NO.
�n Ordinance of the City of Kent approving a
plat of portions of land in said City under
the name ARMSCREST No. 4 Addition
WHEREAS, C. J. HAUGE and GLENN B. ARMSTRONG, partners of the
HAUGE CONSTRUCTION CO., and EDMOND L. REITAN and RAE I. REITAN,
his wife, and ROSCOE B. COLLINS and MARIE COLLINS, his wife, have
submitted to the City a proposed plat of the following described
land in the said City, to -wit:
That portion of the Southwest quarter of the Southeast quarter,
Section 19, Township 22 north, Range 5 East, W.M., described as
follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of said subdivision;
thence S88000105" E along the south line of said subdivision
489.96 ft. to the SE corner of Armscrest No. 3 as recorded
in Vol. 64 of Plats, page 5, Records of King County Wash-
ington, and the True Point of Beginning; thence N 228'48" E
along the east line of said Armscrest No. 3 a distance of 639.66
feet to the NE corner of said Armscrest No. 3; thence S88031'56"E
along the south line of Lot 6, Block 2, Armscrest No. 2, as
recorded in Vol. 60 of Plats, page 29, Records of King County,
Washington 59.65 feet to the SE corner of said Lot 6; thence
N 61042124"E along the southerly line of Lot 5,.,Block 2, of
said Armscrest No. 2, a distance of 130 feet to the center line
of Woodland Way; thence S 28017'36" E along said center line
65.60 feet; thence N 61042'24" E 30.01 feet; thence S 26054'
15" E 105.85 feet; thence S 63005'45" W 60 feet to the point of
tangency of a curve to the left having a radius of 138.12 feet;
thence southwesterly along the arc of said curve 146.12 feet;
thence S 2028148" W 15.85 feet; thence S 87031112" E 32.28 feet;
thence S 26054'15" E 150 feet; thence S 7045'38" E 79.39
feet; thence S 2028'48" W 197.16 feet to the south line of the
SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of said Section 19, thence N 88000'05" W
along said south line 280 feet to the True Point of Beginning,
AND the said matter coming on for hearing pursuant to notice
of said hearing duly posted in the form and manner and for the
time required by law, the City Council after due consideration
thereof finds that said plat conforms to all legal requirements,
that due provision has been made for all streets and alleys and
for other public conveniences and necessities.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT DO ORDA
as follows:
Sectionl. That Armscrest No. 4, Addition to the City of Kent
be and it is hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are
authorized and directed to have approval thereof duly inscribed
thereon under their proper official signatures and with the seal o

the said City.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
five (5) days after its passage, approval and publication as by
law provided.
