ORDINANCE NO.
An Ordinance of the City of Kent approving a
plat of port�CREST NOnd2in said ADDITIONity under
the name STO
WHEREAS, WORTH STONEBURNER and SOPHIA A. STONEBURNFR, his wife,
have submitted to the City a proposed plat of the following
described land in said City, to -wit:
That portion of the south half of the southeast ,
22 north
quarter of the southwest quarter, Section 19,Township
Range 5 East, W.M., described as follows: Beginning atal a south_
west corner of said subdivision; thence N. 2009'57 g
west line of said subdivision 130 feet to the True,Point of
Beginning; THENCE continue N 2009'57" E along said west line
252.82 Leet to the southwest corner of Lot 25 of Stonecrest as
recorded in Volume 56 of plats, page 57, Records of King County,
Washington; thence S 88007'38" E along the south line of said
Lot 25 a distance of 90 feet to the west line offCrestet to Ave.south
thence S 2009157 W along said west line 34.99e
line of Filbert St.; thence S 88007'38" E along said south line
256.50 feet to the northwest corner of,Lot 26 of said Stonecrest;
thence S 2009'57" W along the west line of Lots 26, 27 and 28 of
said Stonecrest 218.24 feet; thence N 87048'43 W 87 feet; thence
S 2009157" W 1.50 feet; thence N 87048'43" W 259.50 feet to the
True Point of Beginning.
AND the said matter coming on for hearing pursuant to notice
of said hearing duly posted in the form and manner and for the
time required by law, the City Council after due consideration
thereof finds that said plat conforms to all legal requirements,
that due provision has been made for all streets and alleys and
for other public conveniences and necessities.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT DO ORDAIN
as follows:
Section 1. That STONECREST NO. 2 Addition be and it is hereby
approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed 1
have approval thereof duly inscribed thereon under their proper
official signatures and with the seal of the said City.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
five (5) days after its passage, aper 1 and Publi ation as by
law proved
