An Ordinance of the City of Kent approving a plat
of portions of land in said City under the name
CHERRY PARK ESTATES, DIVISION A
WHEREAS, MIDWAY LAND COMPANY, INCORPORATED, a Washington
corporation, and JOSEPH ROMANO and MARY M. ROMANO, his wife, have
submitted to the City a proposed plat of the following described
land in said City, to -wit:
That portion of the North 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of Section 22, T22N,
R4E, W.M.,King County, Washington, described as follows:
Beginning at the NE corner of the NW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of
said Section 22; thence N89019151"w along the north line of
said subdivision 505.71 ft.; thence S 11028'56" W 251.80 ft.;
thence S 32046'00" W 30.00 ft. to a pdnt on a curve from
which, the center.liae N 32046'00" E, 300.00 ft. distant; thence
northwesterly along said curve to.the right, through a central
angle of 9056145" an arc distance of 52.08 ft.; thence S 420
42'45��W radially from said curve 30.00 ft.; thence S 54025'00" W
100.64 ft.; thence S 41001125" E 210.95 ft.; thence S 20011151"E

with the North line of the SW 1/4 of said Sec. 22; thence N 890
19'51"W along said North line 73.99 ft. to the point of beginning.
EXCEPTING therefrom the East 30.00 ft. for road.
AND the said matter coming on for hearing pursuant to notice
of said hearing duly posted in the form and manner and for the
time required by law, the City Council after due consideration
thereof finds that said plat conforms to all legal requirements,
that due provision has been made for all streets and alleys and
for other public conveniences and necessities.
NOW,,THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT DO ORDAIN
as follows:
Section 1. That Cherry Park Estates, Division A be and it is
hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and
directed to have approval thereof duly inscribed thereon under
their proper official signatures and with the seal cf the said

Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
five (5) days after its passage, approval and publication as by
law provided.
