An Ordinance of the City of Kent approving a plat
of portions of land in said City under the name
Kentwood Glen No. 1
WHEREAS, C. E. DOLMAN and MARJORIE G. DOLMAN, his wife, HAROLD
E. PHIFER and MARY E. PHIFER, his wife, and CORLEY MORTGAGE CO.,
INC., have submitted to the City a proposed plat of the following
described land in said City, to -wit:
That portion of the West 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Sec.
22, T22N,R4E,W.M, in King County, Washington, described
as follows:
Beginning; at the SE corner of said section; thence N89001'17" W,
132;.73 ft. to the SW corner of said SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4; thenc
N1o2110'i"E(Nl0l4'3611E) along the Ulest line thereof 870.29 ft.
(859.92 ft.) to a point 4;;0.01 ft. southerly of the NW corner of
said subdivision; thence S89010131"E (S69011125"E) parallel with
the north line of said subdivision 150 ft. to the east line of the
West 150 ft. of said SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4; thence continuing
589010'31" E (S89011'25"E) 12.01 ft. (123.58 ft.) to the TPOB;

point of curve; thence along said curve to the right with a radi s
of 747.87 (746.75) an arc distance of 158.38 (108.10)ft, to a
point of compound curve; thence on a curve to the right with a

ft. to the east line of the west 150 ft. of the said aE 1/4 of tlie

along said northwesterly line on a curve to the left having; a radius

AND the said matter coming on 'or hearing; pursuant to notice
of said hearing duly posted in the form and manner and for the
time required by law, the City Council after due consideration
thereof finds that said plat conforms to all legal requirements,
that due provision !las been made for all streets and alleys and
for other public conveniences and necessities.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT DO ORDAIN

Section 1. That said Kentwood Glen No. 1. be and it is

hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and
directed to have apNroval thereof duly inscribed thereon under
their proper official signatures and with the seal of the said
City.
Section 21. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
five J) days after its passage, approval and Pu',-li ation as Ny
law provided.
