An ordinance of the City of Kent approving a plat
of portions of land in said City under the name
Dehnert's Addition.
WHEREAS, JOHN S. DEH14ERT and BERTHA M. DEHNERT, his wife, and
ALAN B. PAINTER and SHARON M. PAINTER, his wife, have submitted
to the City a proposed I,lat of the following described land in
said city, to -wit:
This plat of "Dehnert's Addition" to the City of Kent,
King County, vlashington, comprises that portion of the
a,v 1/4 of the NE 1/41, Section 27, T22N, R4E, W.M.,
described as follows: Beginning at the NW corner of
said subdivision; thence s 005'(144"W along the West
line of said subdivision 404.98 feet to the Mi corner
of the South 2b acres of said subdivision; thence

acres of said subdivision 30 feet; thence N OOW'44"E'

AND the said matter coming on for hearing pursuant to notice
of said hearing duly posted in the form and manner and for the
time required by law, the City Council after due consideration
thereof finds that said plat conforms to all legal requirements,
that due provision has been made for all streets and alleys and
�for other j.;ublic conveniences and necessities, now, therefore
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT DO ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1. That said Dehnert's Addition be and it is hereby
(approved and the Mayor, and City Clerk are authorized and directed
to have approval thereof duly inscribed thereon under their
proper official signatures and with the seal of the said city.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force,
five days after its passage, approval and publication as by
the law provided.
