An Ordinance of the City of Kent
approving a plat of portions of land
in said City under the name
PIERCE'S SECOND ADDITION
WHEREAS, NEIL R. PIERCE and CORRINNE PIERCE, his wife, and
TACOMA SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION, a Washington corporation, and
NT INVESTMENT CO., INCORPORATED, have submitted to the City a
proposed plat of the following described land in said City, to -wit:
The north 247 feet of that portion of the southeast quarter
of the southeast quarter of Section 22, Township 22 North,
Range 4 East, W.M., in King County, Washington lyin� east
of Reith Road and O.H. Benson Road and west of a line which
bears south 0015'51" west from a point on the north line of
said southeast quarter of the southeast quarter which is
north 89010'31" west 534.19 feet from the northeast corner
of said subdivision,
and the said matter coming on for hearing pursuant to notice of
13 said hearing, duly posted in the form and manner and for the time
14 required by law, the City Council after due consideration thereof
15 finds that said plat conforms to all legal requirements, that due
16 provision has been made for all streets and alleys and for other
17 public conveniences and necessities.
18 NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT DO ORDAIN
19 as follows:
20 Section 1. That said PIERCE'S SECOND ADDITION be and it is here,
21 y approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are
22 authorized and directed to have approval thereof duly inscribed
23 thereon under their doper official signatures and with the seal of
i
24 the said City. `
25 Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
26 ive (5) days after its passage, approval and publication as by
27 aw provided.
