THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT DO ORDAIN as follows: Section 1. That a certain deed of the corporation of the Presiding Bishop of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter -Day SaintE, a corporation sole, made and executed on the 4th day of October, 1961, conveying certain land therein described for public street purposes, be and it is hereby approved and accepted for street purposes. Section 2. That a certain deed of I. H. Hunter and Esther V. Hunter, his wife, and A. H. Paine and Viola M. Paine, his wife, made and executed on the 9th day of September, 1961, conveying certain land therein described for public street purposes only, with the expressed condition that if the grantee, the City of Kent shall ever take any proceedings whether by its own account or upon a petition by adjoining property owners to vacate said property as a street, then the property and all right conveyed shall at once revert to and revest in and become the property of the grantors, their heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, be and it is hereby approved and accepted for street purposes, subject to the condition expressed. Section 3. That the lands in said deed described, in King C Washington, to -wit: The East 30 feet of the North half of the Northwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 19, Township 22 North, Range 5 East, W.M. and The north 30 feet of the East 290 feet of the North half of the Northwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 19, Township 22 North, Range 5 E.W.M. shall be and they are hereby added to and become a part of the street system of the City of Kent; provided, however, that nothing herein contained shall be construed to impose upon the City the 1. 9 1 2 3 � 4 5 C° tf� 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 't0 21 22 23 24 26 27 28 29 30 31 32 53,5=7 L4213 mcE435 ORDINANCE N0, An Ordinance of the City o ent approving and accepting deeds for public street purposes. Section 4. That upon the passage, approval and publication in due and regular form of this ordinance, the City Clerk is hereby directed to cause the ordinance to be recorded, together with said deeds, in the Office of the County Auditor of King County, and pay the recording fees therefor. Section 5. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force five (5) days from and after its passage, approval and publication, as by law provided.
