ORDINANCE NO.
An Ordinance of the City of Kent
approving a plat of portions of land
in said City under the name "PIERCE
FIRST ADDITION CORRECTION REPLAT".
WHEREAS, NEIL R. PIERCE and CORINNE A. PIERCE, his wife,
CHARLES E. CUNDIFF and DOLORES A. CUNDIFF, his wife, WILFRED H.
GOSNELL and EVELYN GOSNELL, his wife, CARL W. HOPKINS and WILMA J.
HOPKINS, his wife, DONALD A. BELL SR., PHILLIP M. BOTCH, FLEMING
MORTGAGE, INC., a Washington Corporation, and FARMERS NEW WORLD
LIFE INSURANCE CO., a Washington Corporation, have submitted to
the city a proposed plat of the following described land in said
City, to -wit:
The west 150 feet of that portion of Southeast quarter of
the Southeast quarter of Section 22, Township 22 North,
Range 4 East, W.M., lying North of the J. L. Reith Road
together with the North 450 feet, except the West 150 feet
thereof, of that portion of the aforementioned section and
subdivision thereof lying West of the aforementioned J.L.
Reith Road,
and the said matter coming on for hearing pursuant to notice of
said hEwing, duly posted in the form and manner and for the time
required by law, the City Council after due consideration thereof.
finds that said plat conforms to all legal requirements, that due
provision has been made for all streets and alleys and for other
public conveniences and necessities.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT DO ORDAIN
las follows:
Section 1. That said PIERCE FIRST ADDITION CORRECTION REPLAT
be and it is hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are authc
ized and direct to have approval thereof duly inscribed thereon
under their proper official signatures and with the seal of the
said City.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force fii
