ORDINANCE NO.
An Ordinance of the City of Kent,
approving and accepting a deed for
public street purposes.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT DO ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1. That a certain deed of Pazl E. Wieser and Beatrice
Ann Wieser, his wife, made and executed on the 11th day of October
1961, conveying certain land therein described for public street
purposes, be and it is hereby approved and accepted for street
purposes.
Section 2. That the land in said deed described, in King
County, Washington, to -wit:
That portion of the southeast 1/4 of the northeast 1/4 of
Section 1, Township 22 North, Range 4 East, W.M., being a
strip of land 60.00 feet wide lying 30.00 feet on each side of
the following described centerline:
Beginning at a point on the west line of Primary
State Highway No. 5 (East Valley Road)which point is
149.06 feet south of the north line of said southeast
1/4 and run thence parallel with said north line
N. A8011101" W. 754.57 feet; thence S. 1047,48" W. 1204.28
feet to a point on the south line of said southeast 1/4
of the northeast 1/4, said point being N. 88012112" W.
816.54 feet from the east quarter corner of said Section
1, and being the end of said 60.00 foot strip.
shall be and it is hereby added to and becomes a part of the
street system of the City of Kent.
Section 3. That upon the passage, approval and publication
in due and regular form of this ordinance, the City Clerk is
hereby directed to cause the Ordinance to be recorded, together
with said deed, in the Office of the County Auditor of King County
and pay the recording fee therefor.
Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
five (5) days from and after its passage, approval and publication
as by law provided.
