ydof Kent
approving and accepting
for
general municipal purposes
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT DO ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1. That that certain deed made and executed by
CAPITAL CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, INC., a Washington Corporation,
by and thru its regularly constituted President, Herman Sarkowsky,
and regularly constituted Assistant Secretary, D. A. Belfoy, on th,
21st day of November, 1960, conveying certain land in said deed
described, be and it is hereby approved and accepted for general
municipal purposes.
Section 2. That the land in said deed described is in King
County, Washington, and is described as follows:
That portion of the Southwest quarter of the southwest 4 of SW
quarter of Section 17, Township 22 north, Range 5 East, W.M.,
described as follows: Beginning at the northeast corner of
said subdivision; then south 2016,15" west along the east
line of said subdivision 370 feet; then north 87029'55"
west parallel to the south line of said subdivision 100 feet;
then south 2016'15" west parallel to the east line of said

subdivision 210.73 feet to the true point of beginning; then
south 2016'15" west parallel to the east line of said sub-
division 80 feet to the south line of the said subdivision;
then south 87029'55" east along the south line of said subdivi-
sion 50 feet; then north 2016'15" east parallel to the
east
line of said subdivision 80 feet; then north 87029115" west
50 feet to the true point of beginning; EXCEPT the south
30 feet thereof for County Road.
Section 3. That upon the passage, approval and publication
in due and regular form of this ordinance, the City Clerk is
hereby directed to cause the ordinance to be duly certified
according to law and thereupon record the same with the original
deed hereinabove referred to in the Office of the County Auditor
of King County and to pay the recording fee therefor.
Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
five (5) days from and after its passage, approval and publicatio
as by law provided.
