" An Ordinance of the City of Kent approving and accepting deed for general municipal purposes THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT DO ORDAIN as follows: Section 1. That that certain deed made and executed by JOSEPH ROMANO and MARY M. ROMANO, his wife, and ALLAN POMEROY and LORETTA POMEROY, his wife, on the 21st day of November, 1960, conveying certain land in said deed described, be and it is hereby approved and accepted for general municipal purposes. Section 2. That the land in said deed described is in King County, Washington, and is described as follows: That portion of the NW! of the SWI of Section 22, Township 22 North, Range 4 E.W.M., described as follows: Commencing at the intersection of the West line of Military Road (36th Avenue South) and the south line of the north one-half of the southwest quarter of said section, township and range; thence westerly along said south line a distance of 200 feet to the true point of beginning; thence continuing westerly along said south line 70 feet; thence northerly, parallel to and 270 feet from the west line of Military Road a distance of 130 feet; thence easterly, parallel to and 130 feet north of the south line of said north one-half of the said southwest quarter of said section, township and range, a distance of 70 feet; thence southerly a distance of 130 feet to the true point of beginning; RESERVING, however, to the grantors herein, their heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, an easement for road purposes through, over, under and across the southerly 30 feet of the land herein conveyed; TOGETHER with an easement for road and utility purposes over the south 30 feet of the northwest quarter of the south- west quarter of said section, township and range, from the true point of beginning of the land herein conveyed easterly to the east line of said subdivision. Section 3. That upon the passage, approval and publication in due and regular form of this ordinance, the City Clerk is hereby directed to cause the ordinance to be duly certified according to law and thereupon record the same with the original deed hereinabove referred to in the office of the County Auditor of King County and to pay the recording fee therefor. Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force five (5) days from and after its pa as by law proved.
