An Ordinance of the City of Kent
approving and accepting deed for
street purposes.
2 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT DO ORDAIN as follows:
3 Section 1. That that certain deed made and executed by

4 fl. ARTHUR F. HARTLAUB, a single man, on the 26th day of July,

1960, conveying certain land in said deed described for street
6 Ij purposes, be and it is hereby approved and accepted.
`!Section 2. That the land described in the said deed shall 1 be
7 !;
$ and it is hereby added to and becomes a part of the public
9 street system of the City of Kent.
10 Section 3. That the land in said deed described is in
11 `! King County, Washington, and is described as follows:
The south 30 feet of the following described tract:
12 `+ That portion of the south 250 feet of the northwest
!; quarter of the southeast quarter of section 21, Town -
13 ship 22 north, Range 4 East, W.M., lying east of.the

!j l east right of way line of PSH #1.
Section 4. That u on the

E' in due and regular form of this ordinance, the City Clerk is
17 i; hereby directed to cause the ordinance to be duly certified
i8 according to law and thereupon record the same with the original

19 deed hereinabove referred to in the Office of the County Auditor

20 t of King County and to pay the recording fee therefor.
21 ii Section 5. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
22 I� five (5) days from and after its passage, approval and publicatioi
23 as by law provided.
