An Ordinance of the City of Dent
approving a plat of portions of land
in said City under the name MACLYN ADDITION
WHEREAS, MAC E. BOYKER and EVELYN F. BOYKER, his wife, and
PHILIP S. WILLIAMS and BETHEL A. WILLIAMS, his wife, have submitte
to the city a proposed plat of the following described land
in said City:
That portion of the northeast quarter of the southwest
quarter of Sec. 19, Twp. 22 north, Range 5 EWM, described
as follows:
Beginning at the northwest corner of said subdivision; thence
south 89003'52" East, along the North line of said subdivision
888.05 feet to.the center line of the C. A. Reiten Road;
thence South 28009'53" east, along said center line 60.27
feet; thence southeasterly along said center line on the arc
of a curve to the left, having a radius of 483.61 feet, a
distance of 235.12 feet; thence South 33058148" West, 30 feet
to the northwest corner of Lot 1, Block 1, Miller's Northern`.,,
View 3rd Addition to Kent as recorded in Volume 60 of Plats,
page 68, Records of King County, Washington; thence South
0056'o8" west, along the west line of said Lot 1 a distance
of 114.93 feet to the northeast corner of Lot 6, said Block
1; thence North 89003'52" west, along the north line of
said Block 1 and said line projected westerly, 1067.31 feet to
the west line of said subdivision; thence north 2006'39" east,
along said west line 363 feet to the point of beginning. Less
roads of record; and less coal and mineral rights,
and the said matter coming on for hearing pursuant to notice of
said hearing, duly posted in the form and manner and for the time
required by law; the City Council after due consideration threof
finds that said plat conforms to all legal requirements, that due
provision has been made for all streets and alleys and for other
Public necessities and conveniences.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT DO ORDAIN
as follows:
Section 1. That said Maclyn Addition be and it is hereby
approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed
to have approval thereof duly inscribed thereon under their proper
official signatures and with the seal of the said City.
