An Ordinance of the City of Kent approving
and accepting deed for street purposes.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT DO ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1. That that certain deed made and executed by
HARWELL KEHR and YVONNE KEHR, his wife, on the 5th day of May,
1960, conveying certain land in said deed described, for public
street purposes, be and it is hereby approved and accepted.
Section 2. That the land described in the said deed shall be
and it is hereby added to and becomes a part of Clark Street in
the City of Kent.
Section 3. That the land in said deed described is in King
County, Washington, and is described as follows:
Be§inning at a point on the westerly line of lot 1, block
"B', of Washington Central Improvement Company's Knob Hill
Addition to Kent, Washington, said point being 44.31 feet
northeasterly, from the southwest corner of lot 21 said block
"B", and run thence northeasterly, on a deflection angle to t e
right of 34008'il", 7.38 feet, to the point -of -curve of a
curve to the right of radius 55.06 feet; thence easterly,
along said curve to the right of radius 55.06 feet, a distance
of 20.56 feet; thence continuing easterly along another
curve to the right having a radius of 25.41 feet, a distance
of 21.22 feet; thence continuing, along the tangent of the
last described curve, 6.36 feet to a point in the east line
of aforementioned lot 2, block 11 to
said point being 24.66 feet
north of the southeast corner thereof; thence northerly,
along said east line of lot 2, and the east line of lot 1,
22.34 feet; thence westerly, parallel to the south line of
lot 2, 39.69 feet to a point in the westerly line of lot 1;
thence southwesterly, along said westerly line of lot 1,
15.71 feet, to the point of beginning. Containing 465.5
square feet, more or less.
Section 4. That upon the passage, approval and publication
in due and regular form of this ordinance, the City Clerk is
hereby directed to cause the ordinance to be duly certified
according to law and thereupon record the same with the original
deed hereinabove referred to in the Office of the County Auditor
of King County and to pay the recording fee therefor.
Section 5. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force five (5) days from and after its passage, approval and
public n 7by law provide
