An Ordinance of the City of Kent
approving a correction plat of portions
of land in said City under the name
CORRECTION PLAT OF CALVERT'S ADDITION
to Kent.
WHEREAS. JACK H. CALVERT and DOROTHY B. CALVERT,his wife,
have submitted to the City a proposed correction plat of the
following described land in said City:
That portion of the N.2 of the N.E.0 of the N.W of the
N.E.0 of Section 15, Twp. 22 north, Range 5 E.W.M., less that
portion thereof described as follows:
Beginning at the N.W.corner of said subdivision; thence
easterly along the north line of said subdivision 350.82 ft.;
thence southerly at right angles to said north line 30 ft.
to the true point of beginning;
Thence continue southerly along said line 100 ft.; thence
66stbrly, parallel to the north line of said subdivision
60 ft.; thence northerly at right angles to said north line,
100 ft.; thence westerV parallel to said north line 60 ft.
to the true point of beginning. Less roads of record.
and the said matter coming on for hearing on the 7th day of
March, 1960, pursuant to notice thereof, duly posted in the form
and manner and for the time required by law; the City Council
after due consideration thereof finds that the said correction
plat conforms to all legal requirements, that due provision has
been made for all streets and alleys and for other public
necessities and conveniences;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That said correction plat of Calvert's Addition
to Kent, be and it is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City
Clerk are authorized and directed to have approval thereof duly
inscribed thereon under their proper official signatures and
with the seal of said City.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force five (5) days after its
