AN ORDINANCE of the City of Kent,
Washington, adopting the 1980 Budget.
WHEREAS the tax estimates and Budget for the City of
Kent, Washington, for the year 1980 have been prepared and filed
as provided by laws of the State of Washington, and the said
Budget having been printed for distribution and notice published
in the official paper of the City of Kent setting the time and
place for hearing on same and said notice stating that all tax-
payers calling at the office of the City Clerk would be furnished
a copy of the budget and that any objections to said levy therein
contemplated by the Council would be heard at the time and place
stated in said notice; NOW, THEREFORE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT, WASHINGTON, DO
HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. BUDGET. That the Budget for the year 1980
as it now stands, be and the same is hereby adopted in the amounts
and for the purposes following, to -wit:
