AN ORDINANCE of the City of Kent,
Washington, relating to planning and amend -
CC ing Section 3 of Ordinance 2164.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT, WASHINGTON, DO
HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 3 of Ordinance 2164 which reads
as follows:
"Section 3. Duration. Continued application
of the provisions of Section 2 beyond six
months from the effective date of this Ordi-
nance shall require further Council action
by Ordinance."
is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Section 3. Duration. Continued application
of the provisions of Section 2 beyond January
31, 1980 shall require further Council action
by Ordinance."

� Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be

force five (5) days from and after its passage, approval and
publication as provided by law.
