AN ORDINANCE of the City of Kent,
Washington, amending Ordinance 2154 by
adding a new section relating to grass and
6 weeds.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT, WASHINGTON, DO
HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. There is hereby added to Ordinance 2154 of
the City of Kent a new section which shall be designated as Sec-
tion 21 of said ordinance and which shall read as follows:
"Section 21. Grass and Weeds. The owner or
person in control of any private property j
within the City, except for property carry-
ing an agricultural zoning classification,
shall cause all grass, weeds, brush and
other noxious growths to be cut thereon as
often as the same may require cutting to
prevent the same from attaining the height
of six inches."
Section 2. Sections 21, 22, 23, 24, 25 and 26 of
Ordinance 2154 shall be re -numbered as Sections 22, 23, 24, 25, 26
and 27 respectively.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be
in force five (5) days from and after its passage, approval and
publication as provided by law.
