r' AN ORDINANCE of the City of Kent,
Washington, amending Section 1 of Ordinance
2171 relating to the schedule of fees for ap-
t plications filed with Kent Planning Depart-
ment.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT, WASHINGTON, DO
HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 1 of Ordinance 2171 which reads asl
follows:
"Section 1. There is hereby established the following
schedule of fees to be paid for applications filed with the City
of Kent Planning Department:
Rezones, General Variances,
Conditional Uses, Combining
Districts, Planned Unit De- $200.00 plus $10.00 per acre or
velopments. fraction thereof.
Sign Variances 200.00
Short Plats 25.00
Subdivisions
A. Preliminary 250.00 plus $20.00 per lot or
per acre whichever is
greater.
B. Final 250.00 plus $20.00 per lot or
per acre whichever is
greater.
Shoreline Permits 200.00 plus $10.00 per acre or
fraction thereof.
Environmental Impact Statements 300.00"
is hereby amended to read as follows:
