AN ORDINANCE of the City of Kent,
Washington, establishing a fee schedule for
applications filed with the Kent Planning
Department and repealing Ordinance 2026.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT, WASHINGTON, DO
HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. There is hereby established the following
schedule of fees to be paid for applications filed with the City
of Kent Planning Department:
Rezones, General Variances,
Conditional Uses, Ccubining
Districts, Planned Unit De- $200.00 plus $10.00 per acre
velopmeits. or fraction thereof.
Sign Variances $200.00
Short Plats $ 25.00
Subdivisions
A. Preliminary $250.00 plus $20.00 per lot
B. Final
Shoreline Permits
Environmental Impact Statements
or per acre, which-
ever is greater.
$250.00 plus $20.00 per lot
or per acre, which-
ever is greater.
$200.00 plus $10.00 per acre
or fraction thereof.
$300.00
Section 2. Ordinance 2026 of the City of Kent be and
the same hereby is repealed in its entirety.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be
in force five days from and after its passage, approval and pub-
lication as provided by law.
