AN ORDINANCE of the City of Kent,
Washington, amending the Park Department
1978 Budget to reflect anticipated reve-
nues and expenditures from the City of
Kent's Saturday Market.
Section 1. The 1978 budget of the Park Department of
the City of Kent is hereby amended as follows to reflect antici-
pated revenues and expenditures as a result of the Park Department
assuming management responsibilities for the City of Kent's Satur-
day Market:

Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in
force five (5) days from and after its passage, approval and pub-
lication as provided by law.
