lO AN ORDINANCE of the City of Kent,
Washington, amending Section 1 of Ordinance
2010 of the City of Kent and establishing a
new legal description for the Hill Annexa-
tion.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT, WASHINGTON, DO
HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
RPctien 1. Section 1 of Ordinance 2010 which reads
as follows:
"Section 1. That there shall be annexed to the
City of Kent, Washington, the following describ-
ed land situated in the County of King, State of
Washington, to -wit:
That portion of Section 31, Township 23 North,
Range 5 East, W.M. King County, Washington,
and of Section 36, Township 23 North, Range
4 East, W.M., King County, Washington, lying
east of Kent City Limits as defined by Ordi-
nance No. 1013; South of the north margin of
South 180th Street as defined in City of Ren-
ton Ordinance No. 1743; west of the west mar-
gin of Valley Freeway; and north of Kent City
Limits as defined by Ordinance No. 1017."
is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Section 1. That there shall be annexed to the
City of Kent, Washington, the following describ-
ed land as situated in the County of King, State
of Washington, to -wit:
That portion of Section 31, Township 23 North,
Range 5 East, W.M., King County, Washington,
and of Section 36, Township 23 North, Range 4
East, W.M., King County, Washington, lying east
of Kent City Limits as defined by Ordinance No.
1013; south of the south margin of South 180th
Street as defined in City of Renton Ordinance
No. 3031, west of the east margin of Valley
Freeway; and north of Kent City Limits as de-
fined by Ordinance No. 1017."
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be
in force five (5) days from and after its passage, approval and
publication as provided by law.
