AN ORDINANCE of the City of Kent,
Washington, creating a fund to be known as
KENT COMMONS - PHASE II CONSTRUCTION FUND;
providing for allocations to and appropri-
ations from said fund.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT, WASHINGTON, DO
HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. There is hereby created a special fund
of the City of Kent to be known as the Kent Commons - Phase II
Construction Fund.
Section 2. Allocations to said fund shall be from
Federal (EDA) grants, and any other monies which the City Council
may direct shall be allocated to said fund.
Section 3. Appropriations from said fund shall be
such as the City Council may direct.
Section 4. This Ordinance shall take effect and be
in force five (5) days from and after its passage, approval and
publication as provided by 1aw-
