THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT,
HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE of the City of Kent,
Washington, repealing Section 10 of Ordinance
1491 relating to a railroad crossing of West
Valley Highway.

WASHINGTON, DO
Section 1. Section 10 of Ordinance 1491 which reads as
"The franchise privileges granted herein shall be
effective for ten (10) years from and after the
final passage of this Ordinance."
is hereby repealed in its entirety.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in
force five (5) days from and after its passage, approval and pub-
lication as provided by law.
