AN ORDINANCE of the City of Kent,
Washington, amending Ordinance 1972 by
adding a new section thereto establish-
ing a bail schedule for parking viola-
,C� �tions.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT, WASHINGTON DO
HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Ordinance 1972 of the City of Kent is
hereby amended by the addition of a new section to be designated
as Section 6 and which shall read as follows:
"Section 6. There is hereby established a bail
schedule for violations of Section 1, 2 and 3 of this Ordinance.
The bail for each alleged violation of said sections shall be
five (5) dollars, which sum may be forfeited in lieu of appearance
in court."
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be
in force five (5) days after its passage, approval and publication
as provided by law. }
