AN ORDINANCE of the City of Kent,
6 Washington, adopting by reference the 1976
National Fire Code, Volumes 1 through 16
and repealing prior ordinances.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT, WASHINGTON, DO
HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. There is hereby adopted by reference upon
the effective date of this Ordinance and upon the filing with the
City Clerk of three (3) copies thereof, the 1976 National Fire
Code, Volumes 1 through 16, published by the National Fire Pro-
tection Association.
Section 2. Ordinance No. 1856 be and the same hereby
lis repealed.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be
in force five (5) days from and after its passage, approval and
publication as provided by law.
