AN ORDINANCE of the City of Kent,
Washington, adopting by reference those
certain Codes known as Uniform Mechanical
J� Code - 1976 Edition, Uniform Housing Code
1976 Edition, and Uniform Code for the A-
batement of Dangerous Buildings - 1976 ,0
Edition; and providing for the filing ,
three (3) copies of said Codes with the)
Kent City Clerk.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT, WASHIN(TrON DO
HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. There is hereby adopted upon the effective
date of this Ordinance and upon the filing of three (3) copies
thereof with the Kent City Clerk, that certain code known as
Uniform Mechanical Code - 1976 Edition.
Section 2. There is hereby adopted upon the effective
date of this Ordinance and upon the filing of three (3) copies
thereof with the Kent City Clerk, that certain Code known as
Uniform Housing Code - 1976 Edition.
Section 3. There is hereby adopted upon the effective
date of this Ordinance and upon the filing of three (3) copies
thereof with the Kent City Clerk, that certain Code known as
Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings - 1976
Edition.
Section 4. Ordinance 1981 and any other ordinances
inconsistent with the provisions hereof are hereby repealed.
Section 5. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in
force five (5) days from and after its passage, approval and pub-
lication as provided by law.
