ORDINANCE NO. A 0 /
AN ORDINANCE of the City of Kent,
Washington, amending Ordinance 1972 relat-
ed to parking between the hours of 4 a.m.
and 7 a.m.
$� THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT, WASHINGTON, DO
HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 3 or Ordinance 1972 of the City
of Kent and which reads as follows:
"Section 3. PARKING PROHIBITED FROM 4 A.M. - 7 A.M.
At such time as the Traffic Engineer shall place the
appropriate sign or signs, it shall be illegal to park any motor
or other vehicle between the hours of 4 a.m. and 7 a.m., except
Sundays and holidays, at the following locations:
Meeker Street (Fourth Avenue - State Avenue)
Gowe Street (Meeker Street - State Avenue)
Titus Street (Fourth Avenue - Central Avenue)
First Avenue (Smith Street - Titus Street)
Second Avenue (Harrison Street - Saar Street)
Railroad Avenue (Smith Street - Titus Street)
State Avenue (Smith Street - Gowe Street)
is hereby amended to read as follows:

Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be
in force five (5) days from and after its passage, approval and
publication as provided by law.
