AN ORDINANCE of the City of Kent, Wash-
ington, amending Section 28 of Ordinance 1777

i THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT, WASHINGTON, DO
,HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 28 of Ordinance 1777, previously a-
mended by Ordinance 1898 and which reads as follows:
"Section 28. Schedule of Charges.
Single Family Residential
Other than single family
residential shall be billed
in accordance with the con-
sumption of water and at
the following n rates:

0 - 900 Cu. Ft.
Consumption in excess of
900 Cu. Ft.
is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Section 28.
Schedule of Charges.
$6.05 per month
6.05 per month
.61 per 100 Cu. Ft."
Single Family Residential $6.05 per month
Other than single family
residential shall be billed
in accordance with the con-
sumption of water and at the
following rates:
0 - 900 Cu. Ft. 6.05 per month
Consumption in excess of
900 Cu. Ft. .61 per 100 Cu. Ft.
Any additional charges hereafter imposed by METRO
under the "Industrial Cost Recovery" or "Industrial
Waste Surcharge" programs required under the FWPCA
(PL 92-500, Section 204) as now constituted or here-
after amended."
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in
,force five (5) days from and after its passage, approval and pub-
lication, as provided by law.
