AN ORDINANCE of the City of Kent,
Washington, creating a special fund
to be known as the 1976 Water Revenue
Bond Interest and Redemption Fund and
providing for payments into said fund.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT, WASHINGTON DOES
HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. There is hereby created in the City of
Kent a special fund to be known as the 1976 Water Revenue Bond
Interest and Redemption Fund.
Section 2. The City shall pay into said fund an
amount sufficient to meet principal and interest requirements of
the 1976 Water Revenue Bond Issue and to accumulate any reserves
and additional funds that may be required.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect five days
after its passage, approval and plication as provided by law.
