AN ORDINANCE of the City of Kent, Wash-
ington, adopting the Kent Contingency Fund, the
Kent Traffic Safety Fund and the Kent Library
Construction Fund.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT, WASHINGTON, DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. CONTINGENCY FUND CREATED. There is hereby
created the Kent Contingency Fund.
Section 2. TRAFFIC SAFETY FUND CREATED. There is here -1
by created the Kent Traffic Safety Fund.
Section 3. LIBRARY CONSTRUCTION FUND CREATED. There isj,
hereby created the Kent Library Construction Fund.
Section 4. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in
force five (5) days from and after its passage, approval and
publication, as provided by law.
