AN ORDINANCE of the City of Kent, Wash-
ington, relating to street names; describing
and naming Woodland Way South; Reith Road;
Lake Fenwick Road; and South 254th Street.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT, WASHINGTON, DOES
HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. From and after the effective date of this
Ordinance the following described streets in the City of Kent
shall be named and described as provided in this Ordinance.
A. WOODLAND WAY SOUTH. That certain Street, a portion
of which is now known as 98th Place South, which extends from
the intersection of Maple Street and Tilden Street southerly to
South 267th Street shall hereafter be known as Woodland Way South.
B. REITH ROAD. That certain Street which extends from
a point on the south line of the plat of Green Valley Heights
No. 6, where lots 19, 20 and 21 lay, thence in a northerly, north-
easterly and easterly direction to an intersection with the west-
erly line of State Highway 5-A, then continuing east within said
State Highway paralleling the traveled portion of said Highway to
a point where said existing road connects to said traveled por-
tion, shall hereafter be known as Reith Road.
C. LAKE FENWICK ROAD. That certain street running in
a north/south direction between the south line of Lot 2, Block 1,
Pierce's First Addition and the south line of Tax Lot 143, within
said Section and south of Reith Road, shall be known as Lake Fen-
wick Road.
D. That certain street running in a north/south and
east/west direction which lies between the south line of Lot 2,
Block 1, Pierce's First Addition, and east of the most southerly
corner of Lot 21, Green Valley Heights, shall be known as South
254th Street.

Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in
force five (5) days from and after its passage, approval and
publication, as provided by law.
