I1 2 AN ORDINANCE of the City of Kent, Wash- ington, making it illegal to park vehicles at all times on certain portions of 30th Avenue South and South 240th Street, public streets of the City of Kent; ordering the City Traffic Engineer to supervise placement of appropriate "No Parking Anytime" signs; and imposing penal- ties and fines for violation of the terms of the Ordinance. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT, WASHINGTON, DO HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. From and after the effective date of this Ordinance, it shall be illegal to park motor or other vehicles at any time on the following streets or portions thereof within the City Limits: 30th Avenue South From Kent -Des Moines Road to South 240th Street (West Side Only) South 240th Street From 30th Avenue South to Pacific Highway South (North Side Only) Section 2. Upon the effective date of this Ordinance the Traffic Engineer shall supervise the placement of appropriate "No Parking Anytime" signs on said streets. Section 3. PENALTIES. Violations of this Ordinance shall be punishable by a fine of not more than five hundred (500) dollars or by imprisonment for not more than six (6) months, or by both such fine and imprisonment. Section 4.
