AN ORDINANCE of the City of Kent, Wash-
ington, creating the Current Expense Fund
and describing its function; and repealing
Ordinance 75 of the City of Kent.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT, WASHINGTON, DO
HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Kent Current Expense Fund is hereby
created.
Section 2. All general revenues of the City not other-
wise accounted for shall be placed in the Current Expense Fund
and any general government expenditures not otherwise provided
for shall be paid out of the Current Expense Fund.
Section 3. Ordinance 75 of the City of Kent is hereby
repealed.
Section 4. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in
force five (5) days from and after its passage, approval and
publication, as provided by law.
