AN ORDINANCE of the City of Kent, Wash-
ington, amending Section 1 of Kent Ordinance
1784 regarding the adoption of and changes
and revisions in the City of Kent Policies
and Procedures Manual.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT, WASHINGTON, DO
HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Kent Ordinance 1784, Section 1, which reads
as follows:
Section 1. The City of Kent Policies and
Procedures Manual, hereafter called 'The
Manual' promulgated October 14, 1971, to-
gether with all revisions thereof, is here-
by adopted as the official Policies and
Procedures Manual of the City of Kent."
is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Section 1. The City of Kent Policies and
Procedures Manual, hereafter called 'The
Manual,' adopted by Resolution 658 of the
City of Kent and amended by the supplement
promulgated October 14, 1971, together with
all revisions thereof, is hereby adopted as
the official Policies and Procedures Manual
of the City of Kent."
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in
force five (5) days from and after its passage, approval and
publication, as provided by law.
