AN ORDINANCE of the City of Kent, Wash-
ington, creating the Kent Park, Library and
Street Funds and their respective purposes.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT, WASHINGTON, DO
HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Kent Park, Library and Street Funds are
hereby created. They shall be accounting subdivisions of the
General Fund of the City. These Funds shall be ongoing and shall
be used for the receipt and disbursement of monies relating to
the respective areas of responsibility.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in
force five (5) days from and after its passage, approval and pub-
lication, as provided by law.
