AN ORDINANCE of the City of Kent, Wash-
ington, creating the Utilities Clearing Fund.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT, WASHINGTON, DO
HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Utilities Clearing Fund is hereby creat-
ed as the fund into which utilities receipts are placed until
they can be accurately allocated into the respective utilities
fund, i.e., garbage, water and sewer, from which the revenues are
originated. Such fund shall be controlled and reconciled on a
daily basis.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in
force five (5) days from and after its passage, approval and
publication, as provided by law.
