AN ORDINANCE of the City of Kent, Wash-
ington, amending Ordinance 1853, relating to
the Uniform Fire Code, and deleting Chapter
12 thereof, "Fireworks".
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT, WASHINGTON, DO
HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 2 of Ordinance -.1853 which reads as
follows:
"There is hereby deleted from the Uniform
Fire Code, Section 1.205, "Authority of
fire personnel to exercise powers of police
officers", found on page 15 of said Code."
is hereby amended to read as follows:
"There is hereby deleted from the Uniform
Fire Code, Section 1.205, "Authority of
fire personnel to exercise powers of police
officers" found on page 15 of said Code,
and Article 12, "Fireworks", found on pages
71 and 72 of said Code."
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in
force five (5) days from and after its passage, approval and
publication, as provided by law.
