AN ORDINANCE of the City of Kent, Wash-
ington, amending Section 3 (d) of Ordinance 1321��.
relating to Fees for Dog and Cat Licenses.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT, WASHINGTON, DO
HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 3 (d) of Ordinance 1321 of the City
of Kent which reads as follows:
"The annual license fee for each male dog and
spayed female dog shall be $2.00. The annual
license fee for each female dog or cat shall
be $2.00. The annual license fee for each
male and spayed female cat shall be $1.00."
is hereby amended to read as follows:
"The annual license fee for each dog,male or
female shall be $5.00. The annual license fee for
each neutered dog, male or female, shall be $3.00.
The annual license fee for each cat, male or fe-
male, shall be $2.00. The annual license fee for each
neutered cat, male or female, shall be $1.00."
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in
force five (5) days from and after its passage, approval and
publication, as provided by law.
