ORDINANCE NO. I gLm
AN ORDINANCE of the City of Kent, Wash-
ington, amending Section 2 of Ordinance 618
relating to rewards.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT, WASHINGTON, DO
HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 2 of Ordinance 618 codified as
Chapter 7.10.08 of the Kent City Code and which reads as follows:
"REWARD OFFERED. For the better care and pro-
tection of all City property from such damage,
the Mayor is hereby authorized and empowered
to offer a reward in any sum not exceeding
$25.00 for information leading to the arrest
and conviction of any person or persons found
guilty of a violation of Section 7.10.04."
is hereby amended to read as follows:
"REWARD OFFERED. For the better care and pro-

the Mayor is hereby authorized and empowered
to offer a reward in any sum not exceeding
$100.00 for information leading to the arrest
and conviction of any person or persons found
guilty of a violation of Section 7.10.04."
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in
force five (5) days from and after its passage, approval and
publication, as provided by law.
