ORDINANCE NO. 2-1
AN ORDINANCE of the City of Kent, Wash-
ington amending Section 4 of Ordinance 1431
relating to fire limits.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT, WASHINGTON, DO
HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

Rection 1. Section 4 of Ordinance 1431 which reads as
"The fire limits for Building District #2
shall embrace and include all that part of
the City of Kent, Washington, not included
and embraced in the above described Building
District #1 and contained within the following
boundry lines:
All property now and hereinafter
zoned M-1, M-2, R-5, C-1, C-3 and
C-2 that is not included in Fire
Zone #1."
is hereby amended to read as follows:
"The fire limits for Building District #2
shall embrace and include all that part
of the City not included and embraced in
the above described Building district #1
and contained within the following boundry
lines:
All property now and hereinafter
zoned NCC, CC, DC, CM, HC, GC, 0,
M-1, M-2, and that portion of M-3
that is not located North of 228th
Street between the Burlington
Northern and Milwaukee railroad
tracks."
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in
force five (5) days from and after its passage, approval and pub-
lication as provided by law.
