AN ORDINANCE of the City of Kent, Wash-
ington, repealing Ordinance 1704 relating to
self-service gasoline stations.
WHEREAS, the 1971 Uniform Fire Code which has been
adopted by the Kent City Council adequately covers the regulation
of self-service gasoline stations making Ordinance 1704 unneces-
sary and superfluous, NOW, THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT, WASHINGTON, DO
HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Ordinance 1704 relating to self-service
gasoline stations be and the same hereby is repealed in its
entirety.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in
force five (5) days from and after its passage, approval and
publication, as provided by law.
