AN ORDINANCE of the City of Kent,
Washington, repealing certain sections
of Ordinance 244 previously enacted by
the Kent City Council.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT, WASHINGTON, DO
HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Sections 4, 5, 6 and 7 of Ordinance No. 244
previously enacted by the Kent City Council be and the same here-
by are repealed.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in
force five (5) days from and after its passage, approval and pub-
lication, as provided by law.
