AN ORDINANCE of the City of Kent, Wash-
ington, repealing Ordinance 110 previously
enacted by the Kent City Council relating to
abandoned buildings.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT, WASHINGTON, DO
HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 110, previously enacted by
the Kent City Council relating to abandoned buildings be and the
same hereby is repealed in its entirety.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in
force five (5) days from and after its passage, approval and pub-
lication, as provided by law.
